"False leads, loose ends- there are open ends or ruptures in the narrative loop. One would be the sound of the car driving away when she leaves this place. She leaves the loop, she leaves the situation while the camera continues to circle. We’ve passed through these thresholds which seem to be linear. It seems like we’ve not stopped circling this place. However, where could she have gone in such a short amount of time? It intimates that the pictorial time that we suggest is passing is not unfolding as real time."
