"All the exterior views will be views of the Pacific Ocean and landscape in southern California (Mies was very concerned with what one saw, and he’d try to frame the garden and all the exterior views). And then, in front of each window, there’ll be one Mies van der Rohe chair, where you can sit and contemplate the view!"
