"The reason I don’t just fool around making it physically goes back to how the Abstract Expressionists worked, just duking it out, poking the painting, rubbing it off, and putting it back on. I am just too lazy to do that so I like to just think about it forever and then finally try it out. And a lot of times it comes out right."
